8 HEALTHY VISION TIPS FOR EVERY COMPUTER USERS


Computer is an invention that all professions comes in contact with in execution of  their every day to day activities, however this
device generate lights that are different from the one generated in our environment,some times this lights may cause a lot of health problems like headache, dry eyes etc.


To  reduce this problems here are tips to follow.

1) For Every 10 to 20 minutes your using your computer,always  give your eyes a brief (20-30 second) break during which you look away from your.
 screen and focus instead on an object in the distance.

2) Always use anti-reflective Screen to cut down on distracting reflections.

3) Cut down on distracting reflections and glare on your monitor with an anti-reflective screen.

4) Due to much concentration required during computer use, your are required to blink and breath regularly to ensure that the eyes remain moist and its muscles relaxed.

5) Always Use dark text on a light background.

6) Always reduce the screen brightness of your computer especially during the night.

7)You can eye glasses to reduce the amount of light that enters the eyes.

8)Always visit your  doctor when you experience any vision related problems.
