Startup programs are programs that runs automatically after the system have booted.it is usually a service that runs at background. it takes your computer longer time to start because this programs hooks
up in your windows start up process and loads automatically when you start your computer.
However you can solve this problem by disabling this programs using Msconfig with the following processes:
1.Click the window key then in the search box, Type MSConfig and press Enter key.
2.At the system configuration that opens up select Startup tab and uncheck the programs you want to disable, click Apply then ok.
3.After you have saved your changes,you need to Restart windows, and those Selected programs will not start Automatically.
