HOW TO SHARE FILES TO MORE THAN FOUR COMPUTERS WITH YOUR SMARTPHONE

  Sharing files which is usually done by   copying  through flash, Bluetooth, cables but all this means have its own side effect  like flash corrupt, time delay, loss of file etc. all this can be averted by sharing using android device  with the following steps listed below:

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS:                                                               

1.  COMPUTER (more than two)

2. ANDROID PHONE

                                       PROCEDURES

  STEP 1 (PCs  SETUP).

I. click START and  type  NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER.

II  click on  CHANGE  ADVANCE  SHARING  SETTINGS.

III Allow the following:

a)Turn on network discovering .

b)Turn on file and printer sharing.

c)  Turn on sharing so anyone with network access can read and write files on the folders.

d)Use  128-bit encryption to help protect file sharing connection.

e)Turn off password protected sharing.

f)  click save changes                                                                                          

STEP II (phone setup)

1. turn  your mobile hotspot on .

NOTE: the number of  users  your hotspot can accommodate depends on the number of  PCs  you can share  file  with.

STEP III (TO SHARE THE FILE).

 In  other to share the file you do following:

A) You connect  all the computer

 you want  to share file with to the same network (mobile hotspot).

B) On the source computer

 (computer

 with the file you want to share from) right click on the file ,

Click on share with  à click on specific people  àselect on everyone (from the drop down menu).

C)Click on add

D) click SHARE

TO RECEIVE THE SHARED FILES(on the receiver PCs)

A)     Click on window explorer

B)      Click  on network

C)      Double click on the computer you want to access it shared file

You can now enjoy  your file.
